The Kyabram Rodeo is saddling up for another thrilling event, with site bookings and pre-ticket sales now available.
As the rodeo’s popularity continues to surge, organisers are expecting bigger crowds and more riders to take part in the various events.
McPhee Rodeo Company, in partnership with the Kyabram AH and P Society, will host the event at the Kyabram Showgrounds on Friday, March 7, 2025.
Gates will swing open at 5pm, with the main action thundering into life at 7pm.
The Kyabram Rodeo is part of the long weekend tri-series, which includes rodeos in Merrijig on Saturday and Chiltern on Sunday.
This year’s event promises to maintain its traditional flavour while introducing fresh elements to ramp up the excitement.
The rodeos are making a comeback and the animals in action are marvellous.
The animals are not just getting bigger, they’re becoming more formidable, and the cowboys are more daring.
In a departure from previous years, the 2025 Kyabram Rodeo will not feature an after-the-action band, aiming to create a more family-friendly atmosphere and ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees.
Organisers urge interested parties to snap up their tickets and site bookings early to avoid missing out.
