After winning the toss and electing to bat, BLU was able to post a modest score of 8-114 from its 20 overs.
Middle order batsman Rathika Rajakumara was proving more than a handful for Rochy before he was eventually run out for 41.
He found some support from Kyle Humprhys (24) and Sandun Ranathunga (23) as Jake Wright took three wickets for the home side.
In response, Rochy never got going as only three batsmen reached double figures.
Jeremy Felmingham and Luke Thompson were on song with the ball taking three wickets apiece.
● ECHUCA ensured it once again had bragging rights over MOAMA after securing a 13-run victory in a low scoring contest.
Moama’s decision to send Echuca into bat after winning the toss appeared to be the right one, dismissing the home side for 99 inside 19 overs.
BJ Moyle topped score for Echuca with 24 runs while Anthony McMahon, Mitch McMullan and Kirk Teasdale took two wickets each for Moama.
But Echuca showed there was plenty of life in the pitch as it tore through Moama’s line-up to have the visitors all out for 86.
Moama lost three players for ducks in their innings.
Savith Priyan couldn’t do anything wrong with ball in hand for Echuca taking 4-10 from his four overs.
Meanwhile Moyle took three wickets of his own.
● ECHUCA SOUTH sprung a surprise of its own in defeating KYABRAM FIRE BRIGADE.

The former Cohuna product came out swinging to score a remarkable 85 runs off 38 balls to lead his team to a seven-wicket win.
Holmes has been in sensational form this season with 213 runs to his name from three A grade matches.
South could potentially move through to the final four of the competition with victory against Moama on December 3, with the two sides facing off in a re-scheduled round one fixture.
The final four will play on December 10, before the grand final is held on December 13.
