Hosted by Committee for Echuca Moama, the event will allow each candidate to speak, with the chance to ask candidates questions afterwards.
C4EM board chair Cath Lees said it was a great opportunity for ratepayers to hear the policies of the representatives.
“The forum is a chance for residents of Campaspe Shire to learn more about the candidates and what they see as the big issues across the shire,” she said.
“I appreciate that it’s a big decision to nominate for council and I invite anyone interested to come along and hear what they have to say.”
This year’s Campaspe Shire Council election will be by postal vote during October.
There are no wards in the shire, with 12 candidates vying for nine positions. Nominations include Rob Amos, Deb Chumbley, Zoe Cook, Michael Farrant, Paul Jarman, Daniel Mackrell, Tony Marwood, Jessica Mitchell, Brett Ould, Luke Sharrock, Adrian Weston and John Zobec.
The forum will be held at The Venue at Moama Bowling Club and will run from 6.30pm to about 9pm.
