The courts were full at Kyabram Lawn Tennis Club on Saturday afternoon, November 16 with all four teams on fire at home, pulling off a clean sweep.

GM2 Kyabram Bombers 9-74 d Nathalia 2-27
Kyabram’s GM2 side continued its strong start with another dominant win to get its record to 4-1 on the season.
The day was highlighted by a feat that is not seen often in the GMLTA as Regan More went through the whole day without conceding a single game.
More started the day partnering David Starling in the number one doubles to a dominant victory.
Then in the singles, More showed off his unique combination of power and speed to leave with a 6-0 victory.
More rounded out the day, partnering Abby Prycroft to another 8-0 victory to cap off the perfect day for the reigning MVP of the division.
The day also saw the return of Sheree Starling to the KLTC fray for the first time since the last division one premiership.
Starling played well on the day, winning two out of her three sets partnering Miley Morris in the number one doubles to a dominant 8-1 victory and then partnering son Kade Starling to an 8-4 victory.
On the back of another strong victory, the GM2 side sits well in truly in the finals picture with a road trip to Shepparton coming up in round six.
GM3 Kyabram Redbacks 4-60 d Euroa Green 6-57
After their first loss of the season last week, the Redbacks were able to get back on the winner's list with a strong victory against another early season contender in Euroa Green.
Despite winning less sets than its opposition, strong victories for Graeme Elliott and Josh Higgins 8-1 and Elliott again with Marg Haw 8-2 kept Kyabram in the hunt.
The day came down to the final set of tennis, with the Redbacks being down by one going into this decider.
The experienced pair of Marg Haw and Susie Bennett were not overawed by the situation, securing an 8-4 victory to lead the Redbacks to a close fought three game victories.
The victory was even more impressive considering the Redbacks were undermanned with only one of their normal men on the day, but fill ins Elliott and Higgins showed their prowess to get them over the line.
The Redbacks have a road trip across to Cobram in round six to try and solidify themselves as the top team in the division.
GM3 Kyabram Bombers 7-73 d KPOS Captains 6-67
The Bombers got their first win of the season on the weekend against a strong Kialla side that had many players who had previously played in a higher section.
Mitchell Cox was the standout on the day, winning all three of his sets. Cox started the day partnering team captain Zane Sutton in the number one doubles and secured an 8-4 victory.
Then in the designated doubles, Cox partnered club president Greg Tarrant. The pair was dominant in an 8-0 victory, which then combined with Jaxon Eddy’s 6-0 victory led to the Bombers having a four-game lead going into the mixed doubles.
The Bombers were then able to split the mixed doubles with a strong victory by Tarrant and Alyssa Christou 8-2 setting the platform.
In the last set, Cox then partnered Paige Berner, a section three junior who was filling in for the day following a late out.
The pair managed to secure an 8-4 victory which was Berner’s first set win in senior tennis, showing that she has a big future at the Kyabram Lawn Tennis Club.
The victory secured a six-game victory for the Bombers to break their duck and start to climb the ladder.
The Bombers play at home in round six and will look to build on this result against the Numurkah Penguins.
GM4 Open Kyabram Bombers 7-63 d Nathalia 2-44
Off the back of its first loss of the season last week, the GM4 Open side got back to its winning ways against Nathalia in round five.
Evan Cooknell returned to the side and showed his quality with three wins including an 8-4 victory with co-captain Scott Hausler, 8-5 victory with Anthony Li and 8-5 victory with Michael Argaet.
Argaet also went undefeated on the day, partnering Rachael Costello to an 8-6 victory and then partnering the other co-captain Amy Harrison to an 8-3 victory.
Harrison continues to prove that she is the surprise packet of the club in her first season of competitive tennis, Harrison has been the standout performer of the team this season.
Harrison followed up this win with an 8-2 victory with Hausler and an 8-3 victory with Costello.
The win means that the GM4 Open side keeps close with the leaders in the division with only one loss to date.
They will look to continue their hot form with a match against Tongala in round six.
