Our golfers have formally finished the 2024 golfing year and calendar, but regular weekly golf continues.
On Wednesday, our ladies played medley stableford with winning honours to one of our new members, Karin Coghill, with 36 points from r/u Kaye Dalton 29.

Sunday was another warm day but it did not seem to worry our winner Dave Hercus 39 points; r/u Barry Roe 36.

Berrigan
Friday's winner was Jeff Stein (45-10-36), runner-up was Beau Wallis (42-9-36), and putting was won by Chris Kelly with 12 putts.
Ball winners were Steve Senini (46-10-36) and Geoff Tait (52-13.5-38.5).
Saturday's winner was Beau Wallis (43-9-34), who also won the putting with 12.
Runner-up was Geoff Tait (49-13.5-35.5), and ball winners Marianne Whelan (53-16.5-36.5) and Paul Randles (48-11-37).
Sunday's winner was Neil Graham (95-25-70), and runner-up was Steve Senini (91-20-71).
Putting was claimed by Paul McVicor with 29, and ball winner was Alan Arnold (91-16-75).
This Sunday will be stableford, with a 9.30am tee off and a ham to win. All welcome.
Finley
The Wednesday stableford competition winner was Tess Dean with 43 points.
Ball competition winners were Andrew Tregeagle 39 points, Ian Armer jnr 37 points, Rob Daniel 36 points and Paul Beaver with 35 points.
The NTP on the 18th was Leo McNamara.
Only six players contested the Thursday afternoon 9-hole stableford competition, which was won by John Taylor with 19 points.
Ball competition winner was Leo McNamara with 17 points on countback.
Saturday was the December Monthly Medal with a total of 34 players competing.
Sharon Pyle, with 86/15/71, won both the women’s daily competition and the net medal.
Paul Beaver, with 84/16/68 net, won both the men’s daily competition and the net medal.
The women’s scratch medal went to Bobette Wilkinson with 85, and the men’s scratch medal went to Ian Armer jnr with 74.
Ball competition winners were Tony Smith 69 net, Rob Singleton 71 net, Bill O’Connell and Paul Pinnuck both with 72 net, and Janet Delmenico and Julie Gregory both with 73 net.
The men’s NTP on 18th went to Ian Armer jnr, while Janet Delmenico claimed the women’s NTP on the 13th.
Only eight players competed when stableford medley was played on Sunday, and Brett Murphy was the winner with 36 points.
Ball competition winner was Jason Pyle 33 points.
The Finley boys won their last pennant match but unfortunately it was not enough to get then into the finals.
The 2024 Medal of Medals will be played this Saturday.
